About Me

My name is Mark.

This space is a reflection the journey I’m navigating- one of unexpected discoveries; interwoven passions, and a commitment to living an authentic life.

I’ve been moving through the world as a member of the LGBTQ+ community; an adopter, and an educator.

I’ve always been draw to the beauty of art; the rythmic mindfulness of crochet and the quiet wonder of plants and mycology. Self-improvement has been a constant companion and I have a strong interest in neuroscience.

At 45, a new lens was offered to me. A perspective that brought my life into a more cohesive focus: I was dignosed as autistic.

This blog is where I explore the intersections of my identity and interests. How does my autism shape my refections on my experiences? How does being neurodivergent inform the way I view my varied and strong interests?
